Animal Power

Some years back I did about a dozen paintings based on readings from the Animal Cards, a book created by Jamie Sams and David Carson, spirit people of the American Mid-west. One could discover personal power through the ways of animals, and from the nine cards drawn by the enquirer, I created a reflection of that power. Above is one of these. There were many challenges, the most important being to keep one’s own ‘stuff’ out of the way. I enjoyed doing them very much, and like to look at them when they show up from time to time.
